  • bill bothel

    Chaplain-in-Training with Support 104, serving Camano Island Fire and Rescue. Bill has worked as a member of the NWIS Support Team in the past and joined again as a chaplain in 2015.

  • Chuck marr

    Chaplain with Support 104,  serving  Camano Island Fire and Rescue.  Chuck brings years of business and ministry experience.  He is an elder and church revitalizer in the Reformed Church of America.  He and his wife, Jane Anne Jeffrey, live on Camano Island.

  • NAAMAN MIDYETTE

    Chaplain-in-Training with Support 104, serving Camano Island Fire and Rescue. Naaman joined NWIS in 2015. Naaman is also a paramedic in Everett and coordinates Everett Fire's Peer Support program. He lives on Camano Island with his wife Lynne, daughter Jordyn, and son Jacob.

    Chaplain with Support 104, serving Camano Island Fire and Rescue. Kathy is employed by CIFR as payroll clerk along with several other part-time accounting jobs. She and her husband serve in music ministry at their church. Kathy and her husband, Randy, live on Camano Island

  • Steve redfern

    Chaplain with Support 104, serving Camano Island Fire and Rescue.  Steve is an ordained minister and serves on the pastoral team at Camano Chapel where he leads the popular Bible Training Institute.  Steve has served a chaplain for public safety in Redding, CA.  He’s been an NWIS chaplain since 2004.  Steve and his wife, Kathy, live on Camano Island.

  • Dick Richardson

    Dick is a retired Chaplain with Support 104, serving Camano Island. Dick has been part of the NWIS chaplaincy since 2004, and still helps out in many ways. Dick and his wife, Debbie, reside on Camano Island.

  • Chuck Barnett

    Chaplain with Support 99, serving North County Fire Authority in Snohomish County.  Chuck has been a long time volunteer EMT with  NCFA.  He is the pastor of the Bryant Community Church and  served as a chaplain for the Bryant Fire Department for many years.  Chuck and his wife live in the Bryant community.

  • Ralph Fry

    Chaplain with Support 99, serving North County Fire Authority in Snohomish County.  Ralph is an ordained minister and brings over 50 years of  experience to the Chaplaincy.  He is the founding chaplain for NWIS which began in 2004. Ralph and his wife, LeAnn, live in Stanwood.

  • Sharon Grieci

    Chaplain-in-Training with Support 99, serving North County Fire Authority in Snohomish County. She has been serving the Arlington School District since 1998. Sharon has been involved in Young Life, VBS, children’s programs, women's ministries, and is an active member of Marysville Church of the Nazarene. Sharon and her husband, Al, reside in Arlington.

  • Laurie Jacobsen

    Chaplain with Support 99, serving North County Fire Authority in Snohomish County. She also serves Cascade Valley Hospital and is a member of the NWIS Critical Incident Stress Management Team. Laurie has been an NWIS Chaplain since 2012. She is an active member of Marysville Church of the Nazarene where she has served in various leadership positions. She and her husband, Bob, live in Stanwood.

  • Dean jenkin

    Dean is a chaplain with Support 99 and a member of the NWIS Critical Incident Stress Management Team. He is an ordained minister and has been involved with NWIS since its beginning in 2004.  Dean resides with his wife, Debbie, and son Austin, in Stanwood.

  • Teri Rathbone

    Chaplain with Support 99, serving North County Fire Authority in Snohomish CountyShe also serves Cascade Valley Hospital and is a member of the NWIS Critical Incident Stress Management Team.Teri joined NWIS in 2015.

  • Julie Boyer

    Chaplain with Support 46, serving Arlington Fire/Police and neighboring fire districts. She also serves Cascade Valley Hospital and is a member of the NWIS Critical Incident Stress Management Team. Julie joined NWIS in October 2015. She is an active member of New Life Church in Everett and is a chaplain with BGEA National Rapid Response Team. Julie works as a Family Support Specialist for Everett Public Schools and resides in Lake Stevens. 

  • Michael Erickson

    Chaplain-in-Training with Support 46 serving Arlington Fire/Police and neighboring fire districts. Michael joined NWIS in 2015. He serves as tech support for the worship team for his church as well as being involved in various other activities. He works for Boeing and resides in Arlington with his wife, Beth. 

  • Val herbert

    Chaplain with Support 46, serving Arlington Fire/Police and neighboring fire districts. Val has been a Foursquare Chaplain since 2014, and joined NWIS in 2015. She is an active member of Lifeway Foursquare Church in Arlington where she is an assisting minister. She and her husband, Frank, live in North Lakewood west of Arlington.

    Chaplain with Support 46A serving Cascade Valley Hospital. JaneAnne and her husband, Chuck, reside on Camano Island.

  • Joel Johnson

    Lead Chaplain for Support 37 and 46, serving Arlington, Oso, and neighboring fire districts. Joel joined NWIS in January of 2013.  He is an ordained minister and is the Assistant Executive Director for Hope Unlimited. He is also an EMT and Firefighter with the Oso and Darrington Fire Departments. Joel, his wife Brianna, and their daughter live in Oso.

  • Darrell Leber

    Chaplain with Support 46, serving Arlington Fire/Police and neighboring fire districts. Darrell joined NWIS in 2015. He is a member of Marysville Church of the Nazarene where he serves as an Elder and Missions President. Darrell is the Director of Partnership Development for JESUS Film Harvest Partners. Darrell and his wife, Sue, live in Lake Stevens.

    Chaplain with Support 46 serving Arlington Fire/Police and neighboring fire districts. Holly joined NWIS in November 2015.
